Informational service

ParcelPilot provides property information and AI-generated explanations for general informational purposes. It does not provide legal, engineering, surveying, appraisal, insurance, tax, zoning, or investment advice.

No official determination

Results do not establish permitted uses, buildability, boundaries, ownership, flood status, code compliance, or development feasibility. Verify material decisions with the responsible government agency and qualified professionals.

Plans, renewals, and cancellation

Free accounts include two AI reports total. Pro includes 50 AI reports in each paid monthly billing period. Turbo has no subscription quota and is billed annually. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the listed monthly or annual rate until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time through Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using the paid plan through that date.

No-refund policy

Payments are non-refundable, and ParcelPilot does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused reports, or unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not refund the current paid period.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access. Operational anti-abuse controls apply to every plan.

Permanently deleting your account is different from cancelling through Manage billing. Account deletion immediately cancels any active subscription, immediately ends access to paid features, and permanently removes your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not provide a refund or credit for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.

Availability and liability

Data sources may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
