Information collected

ParcelPilot stores account details, saved property reports, report-usage records, subscription status, and operational records needed to secure and operate the service. Property searches may be sent to government GIS and mapping services, and AI-analysis facts are sent to the configured AI provider.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, deliver requested analyses, enforce plan allowances, save reports, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

Service providers

ParcelPilot uses infrastructure, database, email, mapping, GIS, AI, and payment service providers. Stripe processes payment details; ParcelPilot stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers but does not store full card numbers.

Retention and choices

Saved reports remain until deleted. Usage and billing records may remain as needed for plan enforcement, accounting, security, and legal obligations. You may delete reports or your account using the controls provided.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive configuration is stored server-side, and account-scoped data requires authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security.
