Information collected

ParcelPilot stores account details, saved property reports, and operational records needed to secure and operate the service. Property searches may be sent to government GIS services, and AI-analysis facts are sent to the configured AI provider.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, deliver requested analyses, save reports, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

Service providers

ParcelPilot uses infrastructure, database, email, mapping, GIS, and AI service providers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

Saved reports remain until deleted. Operational records may be retained for security and troubleshooting. You may delete individual reports from your dashboard.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive configuration is stored server-side, and account-scoped data requires authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security.
